I have known Ashley since I toured with the New Zealand ‘A’ team to India in 2001.  Ash was the head coach on that tour and was fantastic.  He gave me confidence in my ability and always asked me to find better ways to improve myself.  The tour was a stepping-stone to my career in international cricket. 

 

Ash is the most innovative coach I have worked with.  He always offers new and exciting ideas and continually seeks ways to improve. 

 

I always find Ash stimulating to deal with and value his opinion greatly.  He has been an extremely positive influence on my career.
