I have worked with Ashley Ross for a number of years now. He has coached a number of teams I have been involved with but my main dealings with Ash have been on a one to one basis.

He has been a technical advisor to many a player in the New Zealand team and 1^st class teams up and down the country and his knowledge is second to none.

What I enjoy about working with Ash is that his knowledge extends past the technical side of the game and extends into cricket specific awareness during a game.(ie scouting opposition and coming up with plans on their strengths and weaknesses with thoughts on how you as a player can combat them).

  Ashley for me personally has been who I go to when things in my game are not going the way I would like them to be going. Ash always seems to come up with a specific drill or mental application that suits my game.

Here I think lies Ashley’s most beneficial part of his coaching in my view. The fact that he will assess the player he is working with and provide him with a training method that suits his game.

To finish Ash has helped me on many different occasions and each time I have walked away with a new piece of information for my game and I will continue to work with Ashley till the end of my career.
